Erectile Dysfunction
What Is Erectile Dysfunction?
Erectile dysfunction, or ED, is a recurring difficulty getting or maintaining an erection firm enough for satisfactory sexual activity.
An erection relies on healthy blood flow, nerve signalling and sexual stimulation. When part of that process is disrupted, erections can become less firm, harder to maintain or less predictable.
Occasional difficulty happens to most men. When it becomes a pattern, treatment can help. The first step is understanding what is causing the problem so your care can address it properly.
What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?
ED often develops from a combination of physical, psychological and lifestyle factors.
Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease and certain prescription medications can interfere with the blood flow or nerve signals involved in an erection. Hormonal changes and nerve injuries can also affect erectile function.
Stress, anxiety and concerns about sexual performance can make the problem worse. Smoking, heavy alcohol use, excess weight, poor sleep and inactivity can also contribute.
ED can sometimes be an early sign of another health issue, which is why our doctors look at your full medical history rather than treating your erections in isolation.
If you have chest pain or unstable cardiovascular disease, speak with a doctor before resuming sexual activity or taking ED medication.
About Our Treatment
Erectile Dysfunction Treatment London Men Can Access From Home
ED affects every man differently, so we build treatment around the individual.
Your assessment covers your symptoms, medical history, current medications, lifestyle and previous treatments. A licensed Canadian doctor then speaks with you privately and develops a treatment approach based on what is driving your ED and what you want to improve.
Treatment can include prescribed medication, customized formulations, practical exercises, counselling and nutritional support. When ED occurs alongside concerns such as premature ejaculation, we can address both as part of your care.
Once treatment begins, you are not left to figure it out alone. Your treatment is delivered discreetly, and your Performance Manager follows your progress each month while our clinical team remains available when medical input is needed.

Options for Erectile Dysfunction Treatment in London, Ontario
Erectile dysfunction is treatable, and finding the right approach starts with understanding the cause.
At Men’s Health Clinic, we create personalized plans rather than using the same treatment for every patient. Prescription medication can improve blood flow and help you achieve and maintain a stronger erection. Customized formulations give our doctors another option when a more individualized approach is needed.
Treatment can also include practical exercises, nutritional guidance and private counselling. These services help address the broader physical and psychological factors that influence sexual performance.
For men who require another medication approach, self-administered injections are also available through MHC.
Our goal is to help you get back to more reliable erections, better sexual confidence and a sex life that feels less stressful.

“The art of medicine is to cure sometimes, to relieve often, to comfort always.” I believe medicine is an art and comfort and hope should be offered to every patient, in every encounter. One must never lose sight of the power we have in changing our patients’ perceptions and expectations of their diseases. While cure may not often be achievable, but relief is always possible. The art is to tailor a host of available options to fit one’s needs.

I’ve had a great experience so far. It’s been 2 years using this formula and have been the best 2 years of relationship. I’ve had Evan Harper as my performance coach, always called or emailed. He’s very responsive and very respectful. Definitely brought life back into my relationship. I’ve had great overall experience. Definitely would recommend MHC. Thank you again.
Sassy D.
I was a bit apprehensive at first but the service is as advertised. My only issue is despite requesting it a few times they were never able to provide me with a cost breakdown so that I could put the cost of medication through for insurance purposes. But the treatment itself has been great and completely erased the issues I was struggling with.
Bruce L.
I was provided excellent information, which quickly cut through all the misinformation and misleading information which is rampant on the internet.
A big shout out to Calvin and the rest of the team who were professional, respectful, and consistent in their follow-ups and check-ins, and answered all my questions and concerns with fact-based responses. Thank you.

Frequently Asked Questions
ED is common, and so are questions about what causes it, what treatment involves and what you can expect. Here are some of the questions we hear most often from men starting treatment.
How Do You Know if You Have Erectile Dysfunction?
Erectile dysfunction means regularly struggling to get or maintain an erection firm enough for satisfactory sexual activity. Occasional difficulties are normal. When the problem keeps happening or starts affecting your confidence or sex life, an assessment can identify the cause and help you start treating it.
Can Stress or Anxiety Cause Erectile Dysfunction?
Yes. Stress and performance anxiety can interfere with arousal and make an erection harder to maintain. They can also create a cycle where worrying about your performance makes the next sexual experience more difficult. We look at psychological and physical factors together when treating ED.
Do Morning Erections Rule Out Erectile Dysfunction?
No. You can still have morning erections while struggling to get or maintain an erection during sex. The pattern gives your doctor useful information about what is contributing to your symptoms.
What Happens During an ED Consultation?
Your doctor reviews when your erection difficulties started, how often they happen and what other symptoms you have noticed. We also discuss your health history, medications, lifestyle and previous treatment before building your treatment plan.
Can Men in London Complete ED Treatment Through Telehealth?
Yes. Men in London, Ontario can complete the assessment online and speak privately with a licensed Canadian doctor through telehealth. Prescribed treatment is delivered discreetly to your door, and our team continues to support you with monthly follow-up.
